Experience with the landlord:

Jimena is an excellent landlord. She is always quick to respond to e-mails and is a very reasonable person. Although Jimena lives in Cambodia, she has a terrific local woman named Jenny who is extremely helpful and quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Both Jimena and Jenny made our transition here the easiest move we have ever made.

Amenities around your building:

The apartment is in an IDEAL location for Bucharest living. There are 12 grocery stores, a fruit and vegetable market, and a 3 natural food stores very close by. The area is full of cool bars, restaurants and coffee shops, all within easy walking distance with the Bucharest Old City/ Lipscani also close by. There are museums, art galleries and bookstores including .Carturesti. Also the two major parks are extremely close. The apartment is nice and quiet and gets great terrific breezes during the warmer months, because it is on the 9th floor, but also stays nice and cozy during the winter.

Pet policy:

I do not know if pets are permitted. If they are, I don’t see why a small dog wouldn’t be especially happy here.

Living space:

The living room is rather large with a sun porch off of the living room which lets in nice light and good breezes in the warmer months. The kitchen has a small room perfect for a small office or a small table and four chairs. Also, the apartment has great storage with many closets and cabinets.

Access to public transport:

There are two major Subway stops five minutes from the apartment which will take you pretty much anywhere within Bucharest. There is a bus stop in front of the building along with 3 other bus stops close by. Taxis are never a problem due to the central location.
